Zurich Dublin Technology Center is looking for a Security Technology Lead & Service Manager.
The Security Technology Lead & Service Manager manages a portfolio of security tools forming part of Zurich’s security toolkit. The successful candidate will be working as a key part of and contributor to the Security Technology Operations (STO) team. The STO team run and maintain a set of security tools, apps and capabilities for the organisation.
Your Role
Your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Ownership and day to day operational responsibly for a portfolio of security tools including DLP, Endpoint and Vulnerability Monitoring tools
Vendors include Tanium, Symantec, Proofpoint, Qualys
Manage a team made up of FTEs and suppliers located in Ireland, North America & India
Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the team
Staying up to date with new capabilities within your tools. Planning for upgrades and coordinating with key stakeholders to release and realise those capabilities
Consult with matrixed security & cyber teams eg cyber incident response, security engineering, security architecture
Work with local and regional BISO/CISO and Service Delivery functions for compliance matters
Provide an outstanding service to our key stakeholders and operational teams
Software packaging, deployment and automation
Your Skills and Experience
As an Security Technology Lead & Service Manager your skills and qualifications will include:
2 to 5 years experience in a management role
5 years of professional experience in IT and most ideally in InfoSec
Security technology administration knowledge and experience a distinct benefit
Relevant security certifications are preferred but not required:
eg CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Network+, Security+ etc…
Exposure to business planning, systems analysis and development
Exposure to cloud security concepts and technology
Using MS Excel and Power BI
Written and oral English language proficiency
Competencies

Additional Information
Primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin. Position is Dublin-based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.
