Strategy Business Partner Manager I


Job Summary

Set overall strategic direction for the organization or assigned business units, develop and execute financial and operating plans that enable us to deliver

on our performance aspirations, and lead/support strategic or operational projects important to our financial, operational and market success.

High Level Interpreter - The job’s core deliverables rely on disseminating specialized or complex information, instruction and training to others within the organization, including senior management. techniques. Typically requires specialist training in communication

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Strategic Execution area


• 2 or more years of Project Management level experience for projects with management consulting

• Experience in managing and developing people

Preferred Qualifications:


• 4 or more years in management consulting or corporate strategy / internal consulting

• P&C Insurance, Financial Services experience

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office spreadsheet and database skills

• Experience working in a team environment

• Ability to lead cross-functional/business projects
