Product Development Consultant II


Job Summary

Contributing in the product development process and project leadership for one or more lines of business with the aim of timely and successfully creating new innovative insurance products.

Interpreter - The job’s core deliverables rely on disseminating information, instruction and training to others through scripted communications or on routine topics in the area of expertise. Typically interact at the employee and line manager level.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Product Development area


• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Product Development area


• Property and Casualty insurance experience in three or more major lines of business

• Underwriting and/or Claims experience

Preferred Qualifications:




• Ability to develop collaborative relationships

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong project management and time management skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Juris Doctor

• Change management skills

• Experience with State Filing departments
