Seasonal Crop Adjuster - NW Illinois
This opportunity is for a Seasonal Crop Adjuster, a temporary role with flex hours.
What does the day to day look like?
Working from home, being out on a farm in your community/assigned territory.
Investigate, evaluate and conclude field inspections by following regulatory and company rules and procedures.
Ensuring that claims are handled in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric level of claims service.
The candidate must reside in Northwest Illinois to assist in the following counties Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Carroll, Whiteside, Lee, Henry, Bureau, Mercer, Rock Island and Henderson.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area
Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date
Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory
RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements:
Walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles
Climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet
Lift 25 to 50 lbs.
Work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
