  • Continuous conversations with managers facilitate your continued growth and development as a consultative claims subject-matter-expert in commercial property claims handling

  • Interact with colleagues from diverse experience and backgrounds in a team environment

  • Manage claims as an inside adjuster and have a flex work schedule that includes work-from-home privileges

  • Invest in your career development through the attainment of adjuster state licenses, or insurance designations and coursework

  • Develop partnerships across organizational levels and functions

  • Attend networking, conferences and industry events

You will be an ambassador for Property Claims and Zurich North America, delivering the highest standards of claims service excellence and best practices, and effectively developing partnerships with key customers, brokers and other internal and external stakeholders that are critical to the success of the claim lifecycle. You will have direct accountability for your overall results and contributions in support of Claims strategy and goals.
