Zurich North America is currently hiring an Organizational Innovation Consultant III working out of our Schaumburg, IL North America Headquarters. Will direct the planning, execution, and measurement of business unit/strategic support unit and/or Global strategic initiatives; and take a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, develops solutions, manages initiatives and identifies the resources and various disciplines needed to execute change.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible to create “One Integrated BU Plan” that will include IT, Data and AI capabilities needed for BU’s and Functions

• Responsible to conceptualize and plan strategic profitability initiatives working with Transformation Office

• Builds and maintains end to end BU Capability roadmap for Underwriting and Claims

• Leads the BU prioritization discussions with BU, IT and DAO stakeholders

• O&T Representative at the Product Boards

• Responsible for benefits tracking and metrics for large transformation initiatives

• Responsible for creating and maintaining an inventory of business capabilities mapped to systems and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree and 9 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 11 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area

AND

• Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management

• Experience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and tools

• Project management experience

Highly Preferred:

• Deep Commercial Insurance (P&C) experience; Business Architecture and Process Analysis

• Experience with Large transformations

• Understanding of diverse modern technologies

• Understanding of AI tools and capabilities
