Zurich Services, LLC (a division of Zurich North America) iscurrently hiring an IT Security Project Manager within IT Services – Infrastructureand Security Change. This person will report to a Global PortfolioManager and will be located in Schaumburg, ILNorth America HQ.

The Project Manager will be responsible forsuccessful completion of Global IT Security projects as assigned.This person oversees the planning andcontrolling of IT Security projects on a day-to-day basis including projectbudget, implementation of solution, project level planning, monitoring andreporting on project performance.TheProject Manager coordinates delivery of work from all internal and externalresources and suppliers, facilitates issue resolution, interacts with businessand IT partners including all IT groups through Zurich Services and ZurichNorth America, work with security technology operations, governance risk andcompliance team, and other areas.Inaddition, the Project Manager will align with various internal teams as well asexternal vendors and service providers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the System Integration or Information Technology OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the System Integration or Information Technology AND

  • At least 7yrs experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management ProfessionalCertification

  • MS Project skills preferred

  • SharePoint experience is a plus

  • Ad Hoc reporting, presentations, and requests for reporting skills

  • Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC experience is a plus

  • In-depth, strong problem solving analytical skills

  • Ability to work with groups globally and recognize cultural differences.

  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and influence groups without having authority over those groups or individuals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Insurance Industry Experience
