Zurich is currently looking for an Enterprise Project Manager II to join the Schaumburg, IL, Zurich’s North American Headquarters. In this role you will lead the contingent labor management function as well as manage the outsourcing and supplier governance process for the US and Canada.

In your role as contingent labor lead, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding staff augmentation and contingent labor solutions. You will provide stakeholder consultation that often involves complex contingent labor matters as this position is responsible to ensure that Zurich effectively manages the risks associated with contingent labor to mitigate co-employment and tenure issues. Finally the role will enforce the standardization of applicable guidelines and processes both internally and with third party providers.

This is the highest level senior consultant leading projects that support strategic and operational priorities. You will lead the largest and most complex projects, which are cross-functional and highly visible. The role needs to take a proactive, holistic approach to business practices and processes; provide methodologies, tools, and measurements to sponsors and team members to support initiatives. You will also ensure appropriate change management practices and metrics are effectively utilized throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. Partners across the business to identify, develop, and implement change management strategies; acts as a leader, influencer, and change agent in the implementation of initiatives that support the strategic and operational priorities.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience with strategic and highly complex business

  • Internal Consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advance degree preferred.

  • Knowledge in developing, overseeing and solving issues and risk mitigation

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leaders

  • Strong change management, process management, negotiation, and communication skills and experience both internally and with third parties

  • Experience leading cross functional projects from idea to post implementation

  • Coach, train, and assist host managers and contract champions

  • Management of an MSP

  • Develop and produce timely reporting and metrics
