Zurich is currently looking for an Enterprise Data Analyst to work out of our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
As a key member of the Data Management team, the Analyst will be responsible with leveraging the value of the data assets throughout the organization. The enterprise data management team will facilitate the development/implementation of the desired end-state data environment and will be responsible for improving the organization's decision-making capabilities by providing high quality, and transparent data.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Data Management areaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Data Management areaAND
Experienced in data interrogation/analysis techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
PowerBI experience and/or other data visualization tools such as Tableau or Google Looker
Azure or AWS Cloud experience or familiarity
Ability to work independently and interact effectively as part of a team and within a team environment
Data management analysis experience
Advanced SQL, SAS, Erwin, Data Quality Tools, ETL skills
Advanced Microsoft Office and Office365 experience
Insurance industry experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
