End User Computing - DEX Analyst


Zurich is currently seeking an End User Computing - DEX Analyst to work out of our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

As a member of the End User Technology team supporting Zurich’s End User environment, the DEX Analyst will focus on the delivery of a consistent product and computing experience to the Zurich North America workforce. This role will expand End User Computing capabilities in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Asset Lease Refresh Coordination. This role builds critical relationships to collaborate with Business and IT colleagues in identifying and eliminating digital friction. Also, to plan,and accelerate modern technology deployments.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

  • Analysis of DEX data and strive to understand end user needs better and improve the existing systems.

  • Work with End User Computing leaders to build a strategy that focuses on improving the employee’s overall experience with technology

  • Build digital employee experience (DEX) strategy using DEX tool(s) and a process to continuously measure and improve employee experience with technology.

  • Focus on continually look for ways to eliminate administrative overhead through automation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 0 or more years of experience in the information technology areaOR

  • Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 0 or more years experience in the information technology areaOR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years experience in the information technology areaAND

  • MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills

  • Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in asset lease deployment coordination

  • Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Service-Now

  • Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.

  • Experience in tools like Service now, Active Directory

  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting

  • Knowledge about Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools

  • Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11
