Zurich North America is currently hiring a Deskside Support Technician to work at our Schaumburg North America HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Deskside and remote technical support.

• Ticket management within ServiceNow.

• PC deployment and setup.

• Troubleshooting complex IT issues.

• Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.

Required:

• Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support area

Preferred:

• Experience in tools like ServiceNow and Active Directory,

• Strong problem-solving analytical skills

• Able to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidance

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Experience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune tools

• Tech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.

• Experience in asset lease deployment coordination

• Experience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysis

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
