Customer Support Analyst
Zurich is currently looking for a Customer Support Analyst to work out of our Schaumburg, IL office.
Our hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Currently we are looking for someone that is available for the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.
We are looking for an energetic, customer focused individual that will be responsible for providing superior customer service by responding to all telephone and electronic inquiries from external customers. We are looking for Support Analysts who are passionate and who thrive in working in a high call volume, fast paced environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Application Support area
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Application Support area
Customer service experience
Experience in analyzing computer problems
Must be able to work flexible schedules
Insurance industry experience
Customer Support Exp.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
