Description

Zurich North America is looking for a Business Performance & Reporting Consultant to join the Customer Risk Insights Team based out of our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The Business Performance & Reporting Consultant is responsible for leading the production and reporting of data risk insights reports that drives actionable insights for Zurich and our customers in the Casualty business, specifically the Workers’ Compensation and Liability lines of business.

The ideal candidate for the Business Performance & Reporting Consultant, an AVP level role, has a blend of the following skills and abilities:

  • Leads cross-functional and highly visible projects

  • Acts as a leader, mentor, influencer, and change agent

  • Researches and develops better ways to collect, report, and visualize data

  • Takes a proactive and holistic approach to business practices, processes and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Change Management or Insurance or Operations or Training areaOR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Change Management or Insurance or Operations or Training areaAND

  • Internal Consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and timelines

  • Strong change management and process management experience

  • Experience leading projects from idea to post implementation

  • Training plan development experience

  • Property and casualty insurance experience

  • Workers’ Compensation knowledge and experience

  • Liability knowledge and experience
