TPA Service Manager
Zurich is currently looking for a TPA Service Manager to work out of any our North American offices.
This position will be responsible for ensuring Third Party Administrators follow Business Unit and Global Claims governance policies. Develops and implements processes, procedures and controls for managing unbundled business. Is additionally responsible for controlling and mitigating Zurich´s financial, regulatory and brand exposure as a result of Third Party Administrators' handling of unbundled claims. Ensures the function is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations areaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations areaOR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims or Operations areaAND
Knowledge of Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Insurance industry experience
Experience with claims regulatory issues
Claims handling experience
Strong influential, verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating across work groups
Accident & Health experience
