Customer Support Consultant - F & I
Zurich is currently looking for a Customer Support Consultant to work out of the Overland Park, KS office.
The Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for processing a high volume of telephone and electronic inquiries from the organization’s agents/brokers, insures, customers, claimants, and prospective customers that may require extensive research to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. Must be willing to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm CST.
In this role, a Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for:
Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers.
Investigate and route complaints from national/local insurance regulators and consumer to appropriate office for resolution.
Locate claims office staff for insureds and other parties calling to report claims.
Identify appropriate business or marketing reps for agents seeking appointments.
Enter inquiry data into tracking system.
- Bachelor’s Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
