The Zurich Fleet Team is currently seeking to fill a Business Consultant -Fleet role. This role will support Zurich North America in the US and Canada for Fleet related responsibilities including analytic reporting and insights, to develop strategic solutions that cultivate employee experience, technology, and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a candidate that will work out of our Schaumburg, IL or Overland Park, KS office. This position will have work flexibility to work from home 3-4 days a week.
This is an intermediate-level consultant role that will be leading projects that support global and/or regional strategic and operations priorities. Leads one or more projects of small to moderate size and complexity typically from a financial perspective; may participate in projects of larger size and complexity with limited guidance from senior consultants and/or direct manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide oversight for transactional, procedural, and contractual obligations related to business service management programs
Participate in development and negotiation of service level agreements for additional services implementation
Producing key reporting to the Business Units
Work with Global Sustainability team on carbon reduction initiative
Perform data analysis and reporting of insights/trends utilizing multiple data sources
Analyze business processes identifying potential opportunities for continuous improvement and developing cost effective solutions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations areaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations areaOR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations areaAND
Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leaders
Ability to develop collaborative relationships
Change management, process management, and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with the training life cycle from needs assessment through evaluation
