Zurich Services LLC (a division of Zurich North America) is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our Service Delivery and Integration Team (SD&I), based in Oklahoma City, in support of the expansion of the global Service Now Platform for Zurich Insurance.

As a ServiceNow Admin/Developer you will be responsible for configuring, administering and scripting on the ServiceNow Platform.The ServiceNow team implements, supports, maintains, operates and upgrades ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The main responsibilities of this role will be to carry out Administration activities, quickly resolving Incident tickets, actioning Service Requests and developing solution enhancements on behalf of our key stakeholders.The successful candidate must establish and maintain relationships both within Zurich and with external clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Information Technology OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Information Technology AND

  • 6 or more years consulting experience in service improvement or performance management

  • 6 years of experience in outsourcing of IT services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2- years minimum’ experience directly with administration in ServiceNow

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of one or more of the following ServiceNow technologies/modules: Project/Portfolio Suite, Incident and Change Management, Discovery and Asset Management, and Service Portal.

  • ServiceNow Administrator Certified.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture, which includes understanding relational databases. Understanding of database query language (specifically SQL),

  • Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks (i.e. AngularJS)

  • Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in great detail, clearly, to other technical people and non-technical people.

  • Experience with Apache Jelly or similar technologies (i.e. JSP)

  • Experience with PowerShell

  • Experience with SQL

  • ITIL Foundation Certified

  • Strong conflict resolution, organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to lead in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
