Specializes in the processing and underwriting support of the most difficult business, including multi-national/local, package, portfolio or specialty policies. Provides support to members of the underwriting department in the areas of underwriting operations, procedures and policy endorsements and policies.Manages end-to-endInternational Program servicingon international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Premium Audit or Risk Management or Underwriting or Underwriting Operations area within the Insurance industry
Bilingual (French and English)

Organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
Mastery of processing, rating and policy issuance systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with data collection and analysis
Experience working in a high-volume, production environment
Work experience working in a global environment with international knowledge of policies and practices
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
Evaluates loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and/or frequency.
Rates policies and checks previously rated policies for proper rating.
Assists in developing rates.
Facilitates the processing of new business, renewals and endorsements.
Works closely and diligently with underwriters to facilitate renewal and new business quotes
Responsible for communicating with colleagues globally to ensure accurate and timely issuance ofglobal policies.
Responsible forensuringthat International Operating Directives are met in line with Global Policy Issuance.
Service the needs of customers and brokers.
Support others who maintain relationships with customers.
Respond to inquiries quickly and completely, provide status updates.
Recognize and respond to, or refer opportunities.
Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, standards.
Accompany underwriters to customer and/or broker meetings, as required.
Deliverable and problem solving issues may relate to the domestic and/or international aspects of services related to policy issuance, regulatory requirements, reporting, risk engineering coordination, premium payment processes, claims flow issues, and money/currency movement.
