GTO Capability Building Specialist
IT Service Excellence plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of the organization, driving continual improvement, embedding organizational change, ensuring employee engagement and delivering timely and engaging communications.
In this role you will lead and participate in a number of projects related to capability building and tools to drive improvement projects designed to continue our service excellence and support operational IT processes.The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for development and providing people access to new and exciting career opportunities.
Reporting into our UK office, the GTO Capability Building Specialist will assist in the design and development of career planning and career pathing, related to the Global model for technical and operations roles. As we look to upskill our talent pool, this person will focus on capability building and development. They will drive literacy and transformation topics, while evaluating different tools to support capability building opportunities.
As part of this agile environment, you must be able to communicate effectively, think creatively, and utilize appropriate technology to deliver on projects. Relationship management and relationship building is critical to this role in support of our internal stakeholders, to include Group Operations and IT.
On a limited basis, this role may also deliver service and support to additional internal/external clients that may include Group HR, Legal, and various suppliers. This involves building internal relationships and using a variety of platforms to deliver core and value-added propositions.
• Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the information technology and education development or communications area
• Zurich Certified Apprentice, including Association Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the information technology and education development or communications area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years experience in information technology and education development or communications area
• Experience in the application of change management methodologies and tools
• Project management experience
• Customer service and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of learning management platforms and experience supporting the delivery of training
• Experience working with graphic design software tools and video creation tools
• Experience using MS 0365 tools
• Multi-lingual preferred (Spanish is ideal)
