Customer Service Representative – Customer Care Center

Zurich is currently looking for full-time Customer Care Professionals who will be responsible for effectively processing first notice of loss claims for all lines of business through telephone.

After completing a formal training class, you will be part of a dynamic team answering calls, investigating and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information and making decisions with the customer as the focus.

This opportunity will begin with a 5 week training class.

Training hours - 8am- 5pm for the first two weeks

After Training- We ask that you are flexible to work as early as 6am and as late as 6pm and must be able to show regular predictable attendance.

This opportunity will start all new hires at a non- negotiable $14 an hour rate.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support areaOR

  • Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support areaAND

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • Data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months call center experience

  • Bilingual- preferably Spanish

  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to type 32 WPM or more.

  • Insurance knowledge preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based operating systems and Microsoft office.

  • Strong comprehension skills, professional demeanor, solid oral & written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and solid problem solving skills
