Care Center Director
We are currently looking for a Care Center Director for our awardwinning Claims Call Center in Colorado Springs Colorado.
The Care Center is responsible for the intake of all of ZurichNorth America’s first notice of loss. The Director will direct all aspects of management of the Care Centerwhich handles over 130,000 inquiry calls a year. This is a Customer facing position that will manageteam managers and trainers and have significant interaction with claims customers. They will be asked to take a strategicapproach in looking for ways to innovate and improve the Care Center. TheDirector will manage the quality of the Customer Care Professionals and helpthem to further develop via directed trainings of all current and new staff,address performance issues and plans, and be responsible for all facilitiesoperations.
Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Call CenterareaOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in theCall Center area
Excellent communication skills
