The Team Manager is responsible for directing, supporting and leading a team of Customer Care Professionals in a contact center environment. The Care Center is the initial point of contact for our customers filing new claims. This candidate will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, coaching and performance managing individuals, driving performance of Care Center metrics, and handling a variety of projects.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Call Center area


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Call Center area

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Insurance industry experience

  • INS 21, 22, 23

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • People and Project management experience

  • Results oriented
