Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Relationship Specialist to work out of our Chicago, IL office.This person will report to the Director – Customer and Distribution Management, Americas.

Provides support to the Sales and Customer Relationship teams in one or multiple channels, on a global level. Spends more than 50% of his/her time on supporting the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, executing the liaison between the field and internal areas on customer and distributor issues and maintaining management data in the Sales and Distribution systems. This is a non-field role.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Global Program proposal development.Tasks including: coordinating input from stakeholders, completing questionnaires, managing deadlines and creating PowerPoint presentations for finalist meetings.

  • Coordinating activities with the Director- Customer and Distribution Management, Americas

  • Providing support to Marketing activities.Responsibility include: content development for quarterly newsletters & Newsflashes, coordinate website updates and general collateral development.

  • Key role of supporting Marketing with event planning, including coordinating invitee lists, agenda development and presentations.

  • Support Sales & CRM Americas team with coordinating sales activities internally with ZGEBS team and Network Partners in 100 countries.Manage underwriting data collection from partners working in partnership with Americas Sales/CRM team.

  • Take ownership of executing the Network Search process for all prospects in the Americas.

  • Other Projects as assigned which are based on business needs & skill set.Tasks could include: improvement of Global Program questionnaire answers, developing general presentations for the global Sales Team, keep account of key compliance policies for the market-facing team (such as Data Protection & CRiBT), etc.

  • Implementation of Global Programs: collecting data from network partners, updating excel trackers of renewals & coordinating contact between network partners, broker & customers on a global basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in Employee Benefits, Customer Service, Insurance, and International Business OR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in Employee Benefits, Customer Service, Insurance, and International Business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in international employee benefit industry

  • International language, 2ndlanguage proficiency is preferred, not required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Understanding of cultural barriers, able to communicate.
