Learner Experience Program Manager
Zurich is searching for our next Learner Experience Program Manager! The Learner Experience Program Manager will be responsible for collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to co-create and execute on Zurich’s overall learner experience strategy. This role will manage our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as oversee key learning technology programs, governance, and campaigns aimed at supporting our talent through continued growth at Zurich.
In this crucial role, you will:
Contribute to Zurich North America’s learner experience strategy; advance learning strategies, leveraging appropriate learning technologies and modalities
Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to measure the utilization, effectiveness, and impact of talent development offerings
Organize aggregation of large amounts of data, build analytics models and tools and perform strategic/statistical analysis
Present, explain, and discuss results of analysis and trends concisely and effectively
Drive strategic discussions with partners to generate fact-based decisions
Act as a high-level thought partner in discussions concerning data generation and report results
Curate benchmark data to inform decisions and to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding industry standards
Ensure that programs are properly managed, including schedule, issues, and risks, and the proper transition of work between team members
Lead high-priority projects for the Learner Experience / Talent Development teams
Coordinate research, testing, and integration of new learning technology
Follow and research trends in the talent development / learning technology fields in order to provide the best and latest techniques.
This position will report to the AVP Talent Development – Learner Experience and will work cross-functionally with other members of the Talent Development team. In addition, this team member may work in partnership with contractors and vendors.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Clients or Consulting with Business Partners or Project Management area
- Zurich Certiﬁed Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Clients or Consulting with Business Partners or Project Management area
- Experience in business consulting, professional development, learning and development, or performance consulting
Master’s Degree with a statistical or quantitative background
Advanced experience in learning design/development/delivery/evaluation
Advanced experience data gathering, analysis and visualization
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong analytics skills; modeling expertise using advanced statistical techniques to address business problems via regression, segmentation, decision tree, time series, and other multivariate analysis
Familiarity with visual analyzers (e.g., Tableau) and text analyzers (e.g., Clarabridge)
Strong consulting and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice
Knowledge of the global learning and development marketplace, consultants and providers of L&D solutions
Strong knowledge of learning development tools such as Articulate, VYOND, Adobe and Elucidat
