Zurich NA Claims Admin and Operations Director in Rocky Hill, Connecticut

Zurich has an opportunity for a LTD Claims Admin and Operations Director to join its Global Life Organization.


The Primary focus will be to drive and manage the LTD Claims Administration and Operational functions for a region to ensure administrative and operational support provides transactional and operational excellence aligned to the overall Claims priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the managing multiple lines of claims area


• 6 or more years of management experience

• Travel 30% - 40%

• Experience implementing and managing change processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of LTD Claims experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • People management experience
